@erikzoe1 Thank you — glad it’s helpful! I learned a long time ago that the right side is where energy releases from the body, and the left side is where energy enters the body, so the phrases in this round are set up that way. I think the round would work regardless, but this is the way it feels most natural to me. Enjoy!!
